Account deletion

This page explains how AdjusterDash users can request deletion of an account and eligible account data. Requests are reviewed so we can verify identity, account ownership, billing status, and records we must retain.

How to request deletion

If you can sign in, open your Profile page and use the account deletion request in My profile. That sends a reviewed request to AdjusterDash support from your authenticated account.

If you cannot sign in, email support@adjusterdash.com from the email address on the account. Include the account or company name and a short note that you are requesting account deletion.

What we delete

After review and approval, we delete eligible account information from AdjusterDash. Depending on the account, that may include:

  • Account access records and user profile information tied to the deleted account.
  • Account-scoped claim, route, settings, invite, and route stop records stored in AdjusterDash.
  • Other app records that are no longer needed to provide the service or meet retention obligations.

What may be retained

Some records may be retained when needed for legal, security, billing, tax, audit, SMS opt-out, dispute, fraud-prevention, or legitimate business purposes.

Payment processor records, invoices, support correspondence, security logs, app store records, and legally required communications records may be retained by AdjusterDash or our service providers according to their retention rules.

Timing and follow-up

We will review the request and respond by email. We may ask for additional verification before deleting data. If an active subscription exists, we may need to cancel or resolve billing before completing the deletion.
